The location was absolutely beautiful! The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Tami and the entire staff went above and beyond during our stay. Definitely pay to get breakfast included, it was delicious and a nice way to start our day. Our only regret is not staying longer

The staff were extremely helpful and always on hand to give service and answer any questions. The villas were spacious, clean and comfortable. The gardens, pool and restaurant were stunning, with a great view of Mt Agung. The food was excellent (with superb breakfast) and the spa treatments were wonderful. We were blown away by the service and luxury of the hotel, can't wait to go back.

right in front of the beach and in front of the snorkling spot. they also gave you snorkeling gear for free if you ask. I chose the room right next to the pool, it's nice to jump in after a snorkeling session as well. they also have kayak available. great amenities, cold room, nice facilities. would recommend and would come back in the future
