The property was well maintained. The room was spacious and had a charming old-looking country feel. Loved it. The staff was really nice and helpful. The breakfast was simple yet tasty and enough. The pool was clean. Could hear frogs at night. You need a car to move around, the hotel is a little far from Umbertide.

The suite itself is stunning — beautifully designed with a modern, minimalist aesthetic that still feels cozy and welcoming. Every corner is curated with care, from the high-quality linens to the artisanal touches and elegant decor. It felt like staying in a private design retreat. The location is ideal for exploring Umbria — peaceful and quiet, yet just a short drive from Perugia, Lake Trasimeno, and several incredible hill towns. Waking up to the views of the Umbrian countryside was an absolute dream. What truly set this stay apart, though, was the hospitality.
