Excellent service and attention to detail throughout - establishments of this kind are rarely this good. Can only echo all the praise by other guests. It has got it all - spacious rooms, very pleasant courtyard area and ample parking; the pool came handy in scorching heat and the breakfast is second to none. The restaurant and their wines are also very good. All in all, this a highly recommended place.

A wonderful, quiet and very nice place to stay just outside Arezzo. Comfortable and spacious apartments with their own terrace, very cozy pool area.

First of all staff, amazing well organised team. Respecting boundries but reading the room very well. Very helpful and caring and always super proffesional with a warm welcoming smile. Design of the place was very nice, you can tell the place has been build in recent years while keeping Tuscan spirit + amazing garden nd pool outside overseeing the area. Food in restaurant is a top class quality with exceptional service. Location very convenient 10 mins from historic centre of Arezzo. Not to mention three pupils who own silently gives even more joy to the place! Last but not least wine selection and the teams knowledge was amazing.

This place was absolutely incredible. The rooms were huge and airy and finished to a great standard. The location is literally 5 minutes drive from the Centro by taxi and 20 mins walk. Micheal the owner, did the kindest gesture whilst we were there. We will definitely be back. If you want a refreshing hotel in Arezzo with incredible amenities this is the place. You won’t regret it!

We arrived for the night at the charming farm. We arrived with 3 children under the age of 10. They welcomed us warmly and we were given the last cabin with the gorgeous view. The house is compact and clean. The balcony is a bit hot in the middle of the day but a large parasol is there for shade. In the morning and evening it is pleasant to sit on the balcony with the sun behind. The jacuzzi on the balcony was a wonderful experience. In the afternoon we entered it with cool water and in the evening we filled it with hot water and enjoyed a pleasant experience in nature.

This review might be a bit long, but this place truly deserves every word of it. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away—not just by the beautiful, authentic charm of the property, but also by the warmth and kindness of the staff and owners. We arrived hungry after a long journey, only to find out that local restaurants were closed for their afternoon break (from 1:30 PM to 7:00 PM). The lovely receptionist noticed our situation, made us fresh sandwiches, and personally brought them to our room. That gesture meant the world to us. Our room was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with a balcony overlooking peaceful fields. Every day, it was perfectly cleaned, with beds made to perfection. One chilly evening, we returned to find the room already heated—just one of many thoughtful details that made our stay so special. Each day, the minibar was restocked with water and cola—completely free of charge. Dinner at the hotel is a must. The food is fantastic, the wines are superb, and the service is genuinely warm and attentive. We didn’t feel the need to eat anywhere else—this restaurant was a highlight on its own. Breakfast was also lovely, with barista-made coffee served fresh at the counter—none of that tasteless machine coffee you usually get in hotels. Another huge plus: they have a charger for electric vehicles at a very reasonable price. We charged our car every night and didn’t even need to visit a supercharger during our entire stay. We travel a lot and also work in property management, so we’ve experienced all kinds of accommodation—but this one truly stands out. It’s one of the best we’ve ever stayed at, both in terms of comfort and service. Absolutely recommend it with all our heart.

Beautyfull place just outside Arezzo. Great apartment with everything you need for your stay. Staff was very attentful and friendly. Good breakfast. We had dinner there twice - really tasteful with some local specialties and nice wines. Again, compliments to the staff. Free parking, lovely garden and swimming pool. We had the most amazing stay at Villa d’Epoca Carniani! We were a group of 10 girls celebrating a bachelorette party, and everything was absolutely perfect. The location is stunning – peaceful, charming, and full of Tuscan character. The villa was fully equipped, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. Our host Martina was simply wonderful – incredibly kind, helpful, and always available to assist us with anything we needed. She truly made our experience even more special. We highly recommend this place for any special occasion or a relaxing getaway in Tuscany. We would love to come back someday! 💛

A beautiful spot nestled amongst the hills overlooking the Tuscan countryside. We loved our time here. The room was well furnished and decorated, the outdoor areas were well kept, the pool with an amazing view and a spa to top it all off. I have to say, the food is unmissable. You must arrange to dine on-site! Our cook Brunella cooked us to most amazing Tuscan dishes. The food was so good we opted to eat at the Agriturismo again the next night rather than go down to the Arezzo. Brunella even went to the extra effort to explain the dishes. Wine is made on-site too and exquisite.

Location is great if you love the countryside. The owner is kind and friendly. We just stayed overnight to express any fair opinion on the location and its facilities.

We had eight unforgettable days of holiday in Tuscany, and we are extremely happy for choosing casa Cadellura for our stay. The owners of the house are very kind and caring. The house itself is really nice, equipped with all the necessary stuff everybody could need. The garden is lovely, and the location of the house is brilliant if you want to explore all the famous, colourful, and beautiful cities and wineries across Tuscany. We highly recommend casa Cadellura - a real hidden paradise with really nice and gentle owners. If we decide to come back to Tuscany, we will definitely choose this wonderful place.

Great location, easy to access local amenities. Stunning views. Close to main commuter roads so easy to travel and see lots of the surrounding areas. Superb communication and nothing was too much trouble.
