Everything was perfect. Free parking inside property. Good breakfast with a nice coffee. 20 min walking distance to Ciampino train station. From there, it's just 15 min to Rome station by train, and that cost just 1.50 euro. So here is the best place if you travel by car too. Just don't forget to check in online before your arrival to get access code to the apartment. I had forgotten to do that. I had nice contact via watsapp with the receptionist. Very friendly person. .

We had a wonderful time. The hosts were so kind & helpful. We were collected from the airport for a modest fee. At the end of our stay they even took us to the metro station to make it easier to get our train to the cruise ship without any charge. They were fantastic, really couldn't do enough. Accommodation was perfect, very clean, everything you need. Even complementary freshly baked cake was available in the kitchen. We would have loved to use the balcony and the swimming pool but the weather wasn't too good. The gardens are lovely and the area seemed very safe. We walked to local pizzeria and had the most delicious pizzas and local wine, very cheap. Easily accessable to Rome, bus stop around the corner. Then hop on metro to city, 20 mins or so. We would stay again if we were to come back to Rome.

Wonderful villa turned into a Bed and Breakfast. Well maintained lawn and pool. Enclosed veranda for taking in breakfast. Rooms were good size. Clean and comfortable. Bed mattress comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good, offered a good selection of food and beverage items. Service friendly, welcoming, and accommodating.

The host was very nice, helpful and kind. He was waiting for us at the gate and offered to make us sandwiches since we got there late. They found us a taxi for a very early morning departure. Close to airport but will still cost you a taxi ride there.

What is there not to like about Mario’s guest house! The location is right next to the tram and several bus stops. It is near the absolute best local neighborhood of Pigneto. If you are tired of the insanity of the tourists and crowds, then come stay here! Not to mention the place was very clean and tidy, the room was great. The courtyard was so beautiful I felt in Roman paradise and the pool saved my life as the temperature was close to 40 degrees. The best of all was Mario the host. He was so welcoming and we had many great conversations! Thank you again Mario!!

What a lovely gem in Frascati! The apartment was so lovely and cute, equipped with everything you need. The hosts were so kind and even provided us with two bottles of wine of their own production. The property is a gorgeous country estate and the pool is so lovely. It's so nice that they provide so much for the stay, including pool towels, and everything you need in the kitchen to cook.

    Our stay was perfect. 5 min drive to the airport. Very clean, swimming pool was perfect for a quick swim. The lady at reception was so helpful and kind. Also we the rooms were a great size. Highly recommend.

    Overall the property is good. Nice territory around the building. Swimming pool. Main building where the reception is old, it doesn't meet the photo expectations. It needs renovation. It used to be very nice when opened. After long discussions to cancel our stay the property gave a family room in the main building. It was clean and nice.

    We chose the hotel because it is very close to Ciampino airport but at the end our stay was a nice surprise for other reasons too. Very relaxing place in a quiet neighbourhood, with a beautiful garden and swimming pool. Nice clean rooms, very nice and supportive staff. Definitely recommended!
