The surrounding grounds are beautifully maintained, with a great view, beautiful pool and lots of different seating spots. The hotel had breathtaking views, delicious breakfast prepared by Natalia, a huge swimming pool with plenty of space to sit in shade or sun and the most incredible host, Leonardo, whose passion and knowledge of the region is second to none. He was incredibly accommodating; providing restaurant tips, wine recommendations, making bookings and just generally being on hand if we had any questions. Nice view from the window, double-layer window, so we didn't hear the noise from the road. Easy check-in by following the instructions, the owner even turned on the air-conditioning before our arrival. What we loved the most is the swimming pool, especially at night, the water is warm and clean. There are also toilet, shower, place to change, chairs to lay down. It was a very relaxing stay. Very good location really close to Narni. The Rooms are very big, like an apartment size with 2 toilets. We stayed in a two floor room. Good value for money. The owners are really king and nice people. The garden is beautiful and well kept as well and the swimming pool. There is a beautiful view of Narni from the garden.
