The service was outstandingly hospitable and even though we arrived late to our dinner to do car problems, they were more than accommodating. The sceneries are amazing and I would definitely come back to relax and rent bikes to discover more.

Decent sized swimming pool with outdoor warm shower, gardens very nice with lemon trees, palms, famtastic terrace at the front which is covered so great to sit in mornings and evenings listening to the birds, spacious lounge dining, large screen tv with netflix, prime, decor is really tasteful with paintings artwork, 2 decent sized bathrooms, 3 good sized bedrooms, master is big and open, excellent wifi, cleanliness very gold, high ceilings, tiled flooring is very nice throughout villa, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer, dining table, cups, cutlery, plates, log fire, bbq, outside dining, ping pong table, top floor large sun terrace, central heating for cooler evenings, ac unit, comfy sofas, child friendly, quiet safe area, electric gates at front, driveway for 2/3 cars, good location for exploring Palermo and surrounding areas, Monreale is a lovely place to visit for evening dinner. Conad supermarket and other options 2 min drive away also walkable distance 5mins, Lidl 20mins away. Overall I would highly recommend the Villa Tiziana, Luigi checked on us via whats app impromptu many times, such a great owner of this villa, check in via whats app comms really smooth 5 stars+, great for up to 7-8 ppl max. We were a family of 4 and we felt right at home within a few hours. For the brits there is no kettle or toaster so hot water in pan for a brew and grill the toast.
