The property is really well located…so you can visit all the Tuscany with easy. Also the building is authentic and owner Simon is really hard working guy who try to keep it that traditional way. Simon is producing local red wine and olive oil. My kids love the big swiming pool which was build one year ago

We stayed at Il Verreno for 4 nights and it was nothing but perfect, from the location, the spacious, comfortable and well decorated rooms, the breakfast buffet offering buffet and an egg menu and the incredible dinners and lunches at Cucina Donnaluisa. The outstanding employees that made our trip so so memorable from the reception staff, housekeeping and restaurant employees(especially Riccardo and Belinda who answered all of our questions and requests during and prior to our stay and arranged various things for us in a short amount of time but in general the whole team). I have been to Italy various times and never seen that level of service and commitment where you feel that this is truly coming from the heart! Thanks a lot for a wonderful stay and we will be back for sure!

We were so fortunate to discover Palazzo Tiglio! John is a wonderful host and the staff throughout our stay were very friendly, helpful and lovely to interact with. The hotel itself is an absolute gem in the tiny town of San Pancrazio. The hotel is known for its fine dining (the chef is amazing), but it was also very convenient for trips to Siena, Florence and Arezzo. Our room was very comfortable and quiet, and the service was really outstanding. Be sure to check out their tips for local sightseeing, wineries and other dining options.

    Countryside beautiful, lovely with great views next to apartment (as well as own hot tub). Second bigger pool 10 min walk at main reception area. Spacious, nicely furnished, lots of space for clothes etc. Restaurant delicious and well priced. Breakfast excellent.Totally recommend.

    Lovely hotel. Our room was large. We enjoyed the included breakfast and the pool was beautiful. The location made it easy to get to all the places we wanted to see. The staff was kind and we had a great time overall. We enjoyed walking around the grounds and seeing the horses.

    Lovely, quiet and rustic place with typical Tuscany charme as part of a huge Polo sports club. Kids loved the jacuzzi in our garden and the big pool down at the hotel. Saimira, the manager, was super supportive and open-hearted. We miss this place already.

    It is a superb location in the middle of nature. Very clean, arranged and beautiful. They have a wonderful pool. Restaurant within the location with a super tasty menu. People are very kind and helpful. In a word - exceptional!

    Felix met us upon arrival, checked us in and showed us around the property. He was very helpful throughout our stay and was pleasant to engage with. The apartment is fully equipped, has a large flatscreen tv and dishwasher. The bed was very comfortable and the views are stunning. We had access to the spa which has a hot tub, sauna and steam room. These were really nice, clean and worked well. It also has two pools which open in the peak season

    beautiful location, comfortable apartments with amenities, relaxed atmosphere. really helpful staff - Florin went above and beyond to assist us. also a short (under 20minute walk) to a lovely cafe/restaurant which operates as a food store as well. loved the spa facilities. the children loved the swimming pool too & the horses!
