We had the BEST experience with the staff who happily accommodated our later check in and was ready greet us in the morning with a warm breakfast. We even received a call from the property when we accidentally left some paperwork in our room, and they wanted to make sure we didn’t need it before disposing of it. Clean room, great location, great AC, zero complaints!We also loved that our car had a secure spot to park overnight.

The location is very clean, quite and private. Every apartment which is quite large has a terrace where you can have breakfast/dinner, a drink or just enjoy the silence and nice air. The beds are super comfortable, the bathroom is large and cozy, the kitchen area is well organized and has all the necessary amenities and the whole apartment has a nice and warm feeling to it. 2 small lakes (a life preserve in the making) are nearby, half an hour walk, and the whole area is very relaxing and green.

Paolo was incredibly welcoming. From the moment we arrived, he did everything to make us feel comfortable. The room is perfect. Spacious and equipped with everything you might need. Even though it’s about 10 minutes from Pisa, you won’t mind at ALL. The beautiful garden and the peaceful silence at night truly steal the show. We highly recommend this place!

Pool is very very nice. Breakfast simple but homemade and delicious. Team very friendly with great English. It's very close to Pisa, maybe ten minutes from the old city walls, but feels like you're out in the country. We loved it and wished we could stay longer.

The property was very nice and the staff were very helpful. We booked a suite and did get upgraded from one to two suites at no extra cost. Spacious room with nice balcony with amazing view of the Pisa tower from our rooms. The onsite restaurant was very nice and breakfast excellent. Very good location, walking distance to the Pisa tower, and convenient for airport. For people travelling with car is good, cause there is a plenty parking space.

    Very calm premises. Fantastic swimming pool - really clean, with enough loungers, almost every time with just 2-3 other guests. Very nice and willing personnel.     When arriving here, you arrive in a pearl of Tuscany. Really cosy and nature is beautifull. Swimming pool is a big plus and the staff is impeccable. The chef in the restaurant knows what he is doing, the food was very good!

    The property had a lovely outdoor swimming pool. We booked a double room but on arrival we were allocated an apartment which was rustic Italian. Clean and functional. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Federico’s wife was lovely.

    The bed was comfortable and had a good spacious room. But it's not that clean. And the coffee machine is broken. The reason I booked for this hotel was for the outdoor swimming pool, but the pool is not clean. You are not able to see anything under the water, and I wonder when and how often they clean it. Air conditioning was the best thing I could pick for this hotel.

    It was a lovely quiet rural location with a regular 15 minute bus ride to central Pisa within a 5 minute walk. The apartments are spacious. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works well. There is also a lovely outdoor swimming pool which was also quiet during our stay. The restaurant is open in the evenings and serves great food.
