This is the best hotel ever! There's a hot pool (osen) infinity pool over looking the sea, there is an ENORMOUS buffet for main and pudding AND They provide pyjamas that you get to wear to dinner!!!!!

What a beautiful place to stay and relax! The staff was so friendly upon our arrival and the free shuttle from the station was so kind (and necessary, because it's up a big hill). It's the perfect way to get away from the city and enjoy ryokan living with the 2 onsite onsen that rotate genders. The one onsen with the outdoor views is so peaceful and has an amazing view. The food was really good as well with so many courses brought to your table at dinnertime. Would absolutely recommend for anyone who wants to get away from Tokyo or be somewhere quiet and enjoy amazing service.

The hot springs was fantastic and also the breakfast and dinner that was included. Lots of options and the food felt very fresh. The hotel is old and quite worn probably, I found it charming but it might not be to everyones liking. The rooms are amazing and very spacious, we staid in a Japanese style room which I would recommend. The garden is beautiful

The room was very large including the private onsen on the balcony. Which was amazing after some very busy travel and tourist days. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

We stayed 2 nights and wish it could have been longer. This is a really well run little hotel with an amazing ocean view. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. We chose the half board option and were not disappointed. The dinners were a delicious array of fresh local seafood. The pool and onsen are great bonuses. There is a path which leads to the beach and takes just 5 minutes. Take the train from Atami to Usami and then it’s a short taxi ride to the hotel.
