The modern design of the hotel. The spacious room. The delicious croissant at the lobby bar. The very welcoming team who were very capable and professional during the peak season and made our stay truly worthwhile. The very friendly Concierge team who helped us navigate Kyoto during our very first visit. We would definitely be staying here again.

The property is outstanding. It’s super clean (as with most places in Kyoto), is spacious and offers amazing photo opportunities. All the staff (and I mean every single person there) were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about the hotel and area.

We booked junior suite (King), we are super happy. The price is high for this room type, but it is super comfy, very clean and very spacious. Breakfast is excellent and all the staffs are one of the best staffs in Japan (based on what we have experienced). Location is great, near many historical sites e.g. Nanzenji and Eikando temples (7 min walking distance). We will definitely will come back to this hotel and Kyoto again 🥰.

the location was perfect. very convenient to walk to a few sites and also plenty of restaurants and shops around. being on top of train station made transit travel very convenient and easy. also the train station had a great selection of food and shops. the hotel itself was very nice, the rooms comfortable and everything was enjoyable.
