The staff, ease of the location to restaurants, fairly easy to the lifts, rental facility on property, ski lockers with boot warmers, onsen/pool, restaurant. Rachel especially was very hospitable remembering our name after just one meeting. The front desk was very accommodating when we requested for a late check out as our son fell ill and was able to rest until our departure in the comfort of the room.
