We only stayed the one night in between arriving and catching the snow shuttle the next morning. The check in process was fast and easy. The room was clean and comfortable, plus quite spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. The shuttle to and from the hotel is excellent and was a huge factor in me choosing this hotel.

Loved how attentive the staff was, The room was very clean and well maintained. They provided us with night suits which I appreciated because that way we could just pack up all our clothes the night before! Having a 24hr convenience store in the hotel is a great way to ensure that the guests' needs are met at any time.

With an indoor pool, sauna and 17th-floor restaurants, ANA Crowne Plaza is a 10-minute ride from Narita Airport on the free shuttle. Spacious rooms with a flat-screen TV are available.

I stay at this hotel every time I have to fly from Narita airport, the location and the shuttle bus service are very convenient. The front desk staff are exceptional, they are very helpful and remembered my family even after a year. The playroom and pool are perfect for guests traveling with small children. The price is very reasonable, I will obviously stay there again.

Overall its a comfortable atmosphere and the room was great for the value considering that we stayed for 1 night after arriving from a long flight. All amenities provided, smart TV, charging ports, etc. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating to our 3 years old child which made us very happy. breakfast buffet was excellent with good variety of dishes. They also provided cute kids plates and cutlery. location is 15min from Narita airport with free shuttle bus that cycles every hour. The stop is clear with a schedule and you can’t miss it.
