Beautiful hotel. Room was spacious and highly decorated. View from the room is breathtaking. Very comfortable bed and shower (in addition to spoiling bath). Excellent breakfast and also have dinner in the On Cloud Restauran, which was very tasty and not over priced. Free specious parking is very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to friends looking for an easy, comfortable visit to Busan. The location is fantastic—right in the heart a fish market and just a short walk to downtown attractions. Yes, the area outside has that fish market smell, but the rooms themselves were clean, fresh, and quiet. Our kids (ages 6 and 10) had an absolute blast in the pool, which was clean and well-maintained. Just note that the pool is an additional ₩50,000, but for us, it was worth it. Parking ended up being free with our room and was conveniently located just across the street. The staff were very helpful—they met us when we arrived and even showed us to our room. The room had all the amenities we needed, the AC worked perfectly, and the shower had great water pressure. The beds were firm but comfortable, and it was nice to have a true American king-size bed. All in all, it was a clean, convenient, and family-friendly place to stay—we had a great time and would definitely come back!

This trip was a meaningful one with precious memories as it was a family trip to our home country. The hotel was in a really good location, making it convenient to use buses or public transportation, and there were many restaurants and convenience facilities nearby. The staff were very friendly and the customer service was excellent. In particular, the concierge service was very convenient to use and they were always kind whenever we made requests. The room service provided daily in each room was also satisfactory.

    a lovely hotel with a fantastic swimming pool overlooking the beach. the staff were INCREDIBLY friendly and accommodating. The coffee shop was really good as well. The suburb itself is very nice and friendly, and is a very prominent surfing suburb with a nice little beach with good waves.
