Everything. But for sure number 1 was the staff. They were amazing and went above and beyond. My 5 year old son loved them and it takes him ages to warm to people. They played with him loads and showed him all around. He was so sad to leave them. The food was also amazing.

Wonderful time at Majentra Ella Hotel! The hotel is in a beautiful location with amazing views of the mountains. The staff were very friendly and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. We especially loved the balcony with the great view. The food at the hotel was delicious, with both local and international options. Breakfast definitely a highlight! The staff went out of their way to help with anything we needed, including arranging transportation to do things in the area (Big shoutout to Majit). Overall, I highly recommend Majentra Ella Hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing stay with great food and service.

The view is absolutely spectacular! Breakfast is served on your private balcony and is absolutely delicious. We really enjoyed the egg hoppers. The owner Ishaq is so kind and brought us to Little Adam’s Peak for our sunrise hike. He went out of his way to help us and showed us a shortcut for getting into town quicker.

The place is amazing! We had the room with a private heated pool and the view from there was perfect. The only thing that might be a problem is that the room didn't have air-conditioning, which can be a problem if it's too hot. The service is really top notch! The dinner menu is quite overpriced, the rest was just great!

I loved dining at the panoramic terrace upstairs and enjoyed fresh air with some deserved peace, the room was quite clean with a breathtaking sight of the mountains and beautiful nature that always took my breath away! Mr. Amila the humble Hotel owner ensured that I received top notch service, so much appreciated. Ajith was a great company during my meal times and well versed with the history of Sri Lanka, Harsha ensured I got my room service on time, very kind man. Tiagu, Sunedh and Palitha were all of great help and support when I needed anything, thank you for making my stay memorable!

    The rooms were clean and i got a nice view room but the management is poor. Their swimming pool and rooms are huge. I loved the view of my room. I just loved the service of one youngster pidusariya may his name. He really gave a good service.

    Extremely beautiful area, very peaceful and relaxing. The houses are very cosy, nice swimming pool, great breakfast and dinner. Host organized transport to our next destination and we had a couple of stops to see some beautiful waterfalls. Highly recommended! :)
