I needed to wait for my taxi after checkout, and they extended my room for free so I could wait there comfortably. When I extended my stay by one night, they ensured I received the same rate for the room. The rooms are perfect—clean and nicely furnished. The beds are big and very comfortable. My room had what was necessary for a 5 star hotel setting. I liked the Gym and swimming pool. Well, the location is not bad. Its not very far from Blantyre. Its just about 2 km and there are many shuttles going that direction if you do not have a personal car. Workers were very friendly and its a quiet place if you want to concentrate.
