Casa Victoria is a little oasis in Pisté, a few minutes by car from the entrance to the Chichén Itza archeological site. If you are looking for a quiet place, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist resorts, Casa Victoria may be for you. Accommodations consist of several individual cabins with two double beds, bathroom with shower, air condition, and a fridge. Complimentary water, a snack and shampoo was provided. The property is nicely landscaped with lots of attention to detail. A terrace with chairs and tables, a hammock, lounge chairs and a sparkling littlel pool are available for relaxing and cooling off after a morning of sightseeing. The property wall behind the pool is decorated with a beautiful mural created by a local artist. Everything is sparkling clean. Free parking is available as well. The hosts, Joel and Vanessa, were warm and welcoming and treated us as family rather than guests. They provided us with useful information and suggestions for local restaurants. We felt immediately at home and wished we could have stayed longer. We would definitely stay at Casa Victoria again!

I liked all of the accommodation services, the location, the rooms, the restaurant food and the facility overall. we also felt very secured with the National Guard/army patrolling the place day and night. As soon as we got of the Mayan Train from Cancun an officer offered his guidance and walked us to the exit where the courtesy Shuttle from the hotel picked us up and dropped us at the hotel doors. This has been one of the best hotels I have experienced in Mexico and to top everything even the prices were low for the quality of services and place. Me and my wife felt like in a second Honey Moon we even extended our stay for a couple of nights. I strongly recommend the Tren Maya and their Hotels to all of my friends and relatives. We already have plans to go back with our children and grandchildren ASAP ! Claim your share of the good life in the jungle near the Chiche Itza Pyramids and all of the great nature in Cancun and Yucatan in Mexico.

I loved staying in this hotel! It’s close to Pisté’s main square and we walked to Chichén Itzá from there, took us about 20-25 minutes, good warm up before exploring the archeological site. The staff was very nice, there was always free water and coffee/tea available and they have a microwave and silverware at your disposal! as a person who sometimes had to stay in hotels for over a week, I know how frustrating it sometimes is to not be able to microwave stuff or cut it with a decent knife

Hotel is located 3 minutes driving from Chichén Itzá so it is very convenient for those who want to enter the archeological site before the crowds. Food was superb with many yucatecan dishes to choose from. We truly enjoyed the nice pool after a day of exploring the surrounding towns.

The location was perfect and the pool was amazing. It was a real Mexican Hacienda and very quiet. The hotel was very big but not many hotel rooms. Most of it was nature. It was very relaxing!

reception staff and service to Chichen Itza was great and comfortable, we had issues with our room and staff moved us to another room and were very kind, also asked to extend our checkout time in 2 hours and was approved.

This bungalow complex is a 5 minute drive from the Chichen Itza Ruins. It features 2 outdoor pools and is a 10 minute walk from Ik Kil Cenote, a sacred natural pool with waterfalls.

The value and location of this stay is perfect. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We had comfortable beds and even WiFi and television. We had included breakfast that was perfect. The coco bread is amazing. We also had dinner on the property and it was prepared quickly and was very tasty. Breakfast is scheduled in perfect time to eat before the short 5 minute drive to Chichen Itza. This stay perfectly met our needs.
