PROS: We only stayed for the night and booked this stay VERY last minute, but the location in Playa Miramar can't be beat. Check-in was a breeze, the check in area is beautiful and updated, and the check-in staff was very friendly, even though we only speak Spanglish. Yes, you get actual metal keys, handed the TV remote, and towel cards at check-in, but I knew this from reading the reviews so we were prepared. We were directed to park our personal car at an open parking spot by the attendant who was also very friendly. We had a room on the 2nd floor (3rd floor really, since the check-in floor was considered floor 0). The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the room was clean. The shower was clean and had hot water. We thought breakfast was delicious and varied. We paid about $30 US for breakfast since we didn't purchase the all-inclusive package. We thought this was an OK price since it was all you can eat and the service was friendly and exceptional. We wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the beach but it was a rainy day when we woke up in the morning.

It was all we hoped for. Right on the beach. The prívate deck with chairs and a small table facing the beach was amazing. Spent a lot of time there just reading and watching the waves roll in. Dining was elegant and delicious. Great valué. Service was very attentive and profesional.
