My third time staying here. The first was during the "soft-opening" and even then everything was already great. And now that it has 7/11 on premise and only less than 100 steps to enter the mall I couldn't possibly think of any other hotel in Klang to be staying from now on! Although the Esplanade Mall's Retail Space isn't full yet and I hope the next time I come to stay at KSL Esplanade Hotel it would even give better overall value!

    The hotel is clean, have nice smell and convenient as it attached to mall. Hotel bed mattress very soft. Got swimming pool with slides for kids. The bell boy and room service staf is friendly. Onsen is nice.

    Very new facilities. Very clean and nice room. Fun swimming pools with mini playground and slides. My kids love it. Delicious food during breakfast. Perfect for weekend gateway. Well done and will repeat again.
