I have often stayed at the Ambassador while travelling for business, the bed is extremely comfortable great pillows as well which helps to sleep while away. The staff are also very pleasant and helpful, I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel as a place to stay of your travelling to or through Palmerston North.

They accommodated for my mother and me there was a separate bedroom which was great they also aloud my 2 dogs which was fantastic very friendly staff

There was a beetle bug under the bed covers The bathroom floor was sticky and the spa bath. No Aircon in the room just a ceiling fan that did jack crap to cool the room down If we knew it was also a motel for housing homeless people we would not have booked 😡😡

    Your staff they were very helpful the chance to use the swimming pool and the breakfast was very good the only problem was the fridge in room wasn't working properly The room may also benefit with a microwave

    This was the first time my kids got to experience sleeping in a motel and they loved it, it had everything that they wanted, which was the swimming pool, we both feel the same way as well. For sure I will booking again and coming with my kids to create more memory being in a motel.
