The location is amazing, the staff is very friendly, professional and caring, including the two mascottes Buddha and Papaya. Great attention to the details and customer oriented. Transports can be arranged at location, including VIP excursions. The village also offers delicious lunches and dinner menus at a great price. Absolutely recommended if you are looking for a base in between the excursions in the Amazon.

Elmer and his family, the owners, are lovely. We really felt welcome and looked after like special guests. They own a basic but lovely log cabin with a pool on their property. We stayed there one night before doing our 3 days trip into the Amazon and it was perfect. They did provide local breakfast as part of the room fees and a lovely dinner at a reasonable price.

Such a beautiful property - really close to the town but far enough out that you really feel like you’re in the jungle. The staff were so kind and friendly and the included activities were awesome! I loved everything about it, even my little frog friend who joined me in the shower.

I really liked to hang out at the la Fauna, there are loads of little lovely details to discover everywhere and the pool is perfect to cool down after an adventurous day. Cecilia is very welcoming. the beds are very comfortable. They also usually cook a great meal at noon.

The place exceeded our expectations! In the middle of the jungle, surrounded by nature, great pool to chill out in the heat, wonderful host, we were concerned by the distance from the city at the beginning but you can eat lunch and dinner in the place, and do not need to go to the city. For extra money of course but very good food.
