We had the most relaxing, restoring vacation at Vila Emigrante, it really felt like our cosy hut and despite all the wonders that the island has to offer, we were always excited about coming home. The view over the ocean is priceless, the accomodation has all the amenities that we needed and the occasional times that we had issues, they were solved immediately. The service is impeccable, our host super available and friendly. We highly recommend staying here, away from the chaos of Ponta Delgada which is only 12 minutes away by car. Thank you so much for this amazing experience! P.S. the cats that are living there are adorable, they're always looking for cuddles! Julia and Chioma

QNSdeL is a 160 year old estate, so it has charming old stone buildings and furniture to match. It has a garden and a vineyard. The pool is nice and clean and the breakfast was very good, including scrambled eggs, bacon, local cheese, fruit and freshly squeezed orange juice. Anselmo and his family are great hosts and can give tips on what to do on the island. I highly recommend this place.

Just excellent, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed. The room is amazing, all new, with a huge bed, super clean, with a very nice balcony with views to the pool and the palm trees. A little paradise. There are cookies, tea, coffee and a fridge in the room. The staff is very friendly and polite. Free parking and amazing breakfast in a relaxing atmosphere. Very good location just 15 min from Ponta Delgada and around 30 min to all the best places of the island. I couldn't have asked for more!

This accommodation was just perfect. The people working here were so friendly and helpful, this hotel was so beautiful, the room was super clean spacious, and even though you are really close to the highway, all you could hear were the birds singing. We could use the jacuzzi for free and there was even a sauna you could use. We only stayed for one night but it was the perfect last day for us in the Azores. Breakfast was also very nice, a lot of options. We could take a look at the horses of the owner. And wow what a beautiful place for the horses! Sadly we did not got time to take a lesson.

Absolutely astonishing place! Everything was amazing. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The pool and jacuzzi are a dream and the place was immaculately clean. Rooms are also very nice and the peace you feel is a great experience. It’s definitely one of our new favorite places to visit!
