The hotel is exceptionally nice, clean, cosy, comfortable and it's a real pleasure to stay in. The gentleman Carlos at the front desk is wonderful. I had a problem and it was solved immediately in a very professional manner. In general everything is perfect in all details so you can just relax and enjoy your stay.

This is a beautiful property with a romantic history that Andres, the current owner and grandson of one of only 2 families who have owned this property will share with you. Big, comfortable rooms, gorgeous garden to hang out in and lovely pool (that's warm!). I highly recommend! And, the breakfast is AMAZING--not one of these factory pastry kind of buffets, but pastries that are fresh and local.

The location is excellent for access to Caminha central area. Being slightly south of the center area provides a quiet, comfortable base for visiting Caminha. The hotel has a small fitness room with great cardio machines, great dumbbells, adjustable bench and a multi-station machine. I found the fitness adequate for a basic workout. The room was without question very nice with a view of the pool area and the hills behind. The breakfast met my needs with multiple coffee/espresso options, assorted pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt and other traditional breakfast items. Again, the views of the waterfront were quite nice.
