I had an amazing two-night stay at Wassad Hotel Makkah, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, making check-in seamless and pleasant. The helpers were equally hospitable, always ready to assist with a smile, and any extra requests were fulfilled promptly. The room was absolutely perfect—clean, spacious, and well-appointed. But the real winner? The pillows! I had the best sleep, which was much needed after an exhausting Umrah. I woke up feeling completely refreshed and well-rested. One of the standout features of my stay was the welcoming station at the entrance, offering traditional Arabic coffee and dates. The Hotel is decently good , Staff and workers there are extremely good and supportive , one Mr. Muhammed and Afser were very helpfull please convey my thanks to them . City bus stop to haram is just out of the hotel gate which is extremely convenient .
