United KingdomStaff were amazing - so helpful - I am disabled and in a wheelchair / on crutches and we - myself, 2 grandsons and daughter-in-law - were visiting to scatter my son's ashes in the city where he had found work, life and had hope to make their forever home.
The city itself was beautiful and the walks around the lake breathtaking.

Unbelievable place!! Enchanting pool club, 3-4 world class restaurants/eateries, 18th floor cocktail bar with spectacular views, kids playroom, 3-4 charming bars, cinema, karaoke rooms, arcade games. The Waterpark!! Loved all the small details. It has a 1920’s industrial charm blender with a modern architectural touch
