This hotel and resort is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever visited in my life, a place of rest, relaxation and recovery. The truth is that all the hotel staff, from the reception, the restaurant staff, the café staff, and the room service, want to serve you and enjoy serving you. The reception was very excellent and easy. They welcomed us with juices and gifts. The room registration procedures did not take a minute, and even the check-out procedures really did not take me a minute. If I want to visit the residents of Mi, I will visit this hotel again.

Just everything. The stuff was so helpful. They make you feel like you are the only guest in the hotel. Every requst is replied within minutes, and always with a smile. The facillities are exceptional. The resturant is great as well. Certainly the best hotel I have ever been too. Highly recomended !!! We hope to come back again!

The staff were amazing! They were so friendly and helped us with everything we needed! The tours were a great addition and were super easy to book! I would definitely recommend the Thai Cooking Class as it was such a great experience! We all wished that we could have spent more time there so we could do more of the tours that were offered.

Very relaxing environment. Nice swimming pool, great green scenery, helpful staff, great value for money. Very recommended as there are many activities around. Its about 35 min from the changmai city so if you have a car or a scooter you are more than fine.
