Great location on the river. Lobby art gallery is cool and calm. Staff offer 5 star service. Rooms are spacious and spotless, good bathroom, good lighting, plugs where you need them and beautifully designed. Rooftop pool bar great for sunset. Food at Bang! Downstairs really good and well priced. There are little touches all over this hotel that elevates it above its competitors. Absolutely love it

Beautiful clean rooms with a really comfortable mattress and pillows! Great pool with excellent music! Staff really friendly and welcoming. Great location- quiet with some lovely food and cafes around. Can easily get a taxi to the popular attractions. Thank you for the room upgrade as well ❤️

The room was spacious. Location was good. Samyan near to Chula area and Bantat Thong. Was there during the recent earthquake. Staff was super helpful. Even prepared food and drinks and ushered us to nearby low rise sister hotel for refuge. Kept all the guests updated and got us back to the hotel as soon as circumstances allowed. Remember none of the staff experienced this situation before. The alarm was raised in a very timely manner following the first tremor. I saw that the staff even went above and beyond what was required. Saw them buy change of clothing for a couple who were in bathrobes, counselling guests who were in shock etc. Thank you for taking care of all of us! 💓

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chatrium Grand. The location was perfect, and the staff were exceptionally polite and friendly. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to one particular staff member, whose name I unfortunately forgot to ask. My daughter had misplaced her phone, which contained many precious photos from our trip to Bangkok. Thanks to the staff's honesty, the phone was found at the ground-level restroom and safely handed over at counter. Without her integrity, our cherished memories of Bangkok could have been lost.

Staffs very attentive; they didn't mind to deliver our online-ordered food from lobby to the room. Also they offered extra blanket and pillow for us (we used the sofa as bed, and they allowed this 😀 ). I noticed most of the reviews stated that it's hard to get grabtaxi, but that's not what happened to me. We easily get grabtaxi from hotel.
