The property was big and beautiful. There are many floors and it is specifically decorated with taste. Also it felt safe with all the doors and locks before you actually get to your room. The staff upgraded us to a bigger room after some time because of our own hick-up with the reservation: so i must say that the customer service was excellent and easy.

The staff was welcoming and helpful in explaining the area and hotel. The staff at the pool were also lovely and calm. We felt well taken care of. Beautiful views.
