Bosnia and HerzegovinaEverything was perfect. I arrived early morning and I have early check in without any fee. I also got upgraded room without fee. Staff was very very kind and helpful. While I waited for the room they offered me coffee and cake and also tea.

A perfect 4-star hotel. I would like to highlight convenient location close to the central city area and outstanding breakfast. Our room had a spectacular city view. Free sauna and a swimming pool open until 11pm were a good bonus after a long day. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to everyone.
