'Old school' customer service- polite, pleasant and efficient. Check-in took less than 4 minutes which I LOVED. I was treated well at check-in/out ( I have a physical disability). I pulled up, grabed a luggage cart and went up to my room. They accomodated my phycical needs as well as extended check in/out time without batting an eyelash.

The closeness to all the wonderful shopping, dining and bars. It was very unique. Can't wait to come back. Hotel staff were wonderful and had a nice little bar down there also.
