I loved everything about this hotel. From the moment we arrived the staff were super helpful, friendly and efficient. We noticed that even the managers pitched in where needed. The building itself is beautiful and in a great location. The room was spacious and had a really comfortable bed. The breakfast was great and a lovely surprise was the kickback in the evening where you received complimentary drinks and food. We also loved the hotel bar which was open until late. We had a fabulous stay and if visiting Cleveland again we would not look to stay anywhere else.

Location was perfect for us. It was a 8 min walk to house of blues. Restaurants and bars walking distance. The parking garage is on the street right behind the condo. There's a alley you can walk through to get to it easily and quickly.

The bed was very comfortable! They upgraded us to a family suite which was more spacious. Mr. Alex was amazing, he unloaded our car, took our luggage to our room, unloaded our luggage in our room, as well as picked up our luggage upon check out. He explained all the amenities and where they were located within the hotel. He was a delightful man and our stay was perfect as we were celebrating our daughters 16th birthday. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and warm!

The staff were incredibly helpful. Every touch point was extremely service oriented. This included reception, house cleaning, maintenance, shuttle drivers. I have stay in many 5 stay hotels and while the facilities are modest in comparison, the service is not.

I love the way that it was kid friendly they had a nice happy hour from 5:30 to 7:00 the bartender was great the night this person was wonderful she got me all the way together and the bartender she definitely was excellent I have to give all my credit to them too because they help me the whole entire night I was there

    The building used to be the Education Bureau so it can tell the corridor is so wide and bright. I love my stay, with clean and well-maintained room, comfortable bed, hot shower, and nice room view. The breakfast is excellent. I also used the gym which is new and clean. I didn't use the swimming pool but I saw kids were having fun.

    What a great place the staff every single one of them was nice, answer any questions you had. The room's nice and clean great looking rooms and also a swimming pool and hot tub breakfast. It was an all-around great experience love the place I would highly recommend it!!
