Our room was clean, spacious, and bright. It did exceed my expectations. The staff from the moment I checked in to check out were friendly and accommodating. We had one issue with our stay and they immediately rectified the issue as we were checking out.

Everything was clean and all room appliances were functioning. The Breakfast was outstanding; the Breakfast staff kept everything clean as a multitude of guests went through. All hot food was perfectly heated.

Love the staff at the check in. We were a bit early but nothing was a problem. Great friend welcome . Staff at front desk always ready for a chat . We do hope the duck that hangs around the front gets reunited with his mate who got injured and had to go to the animal services . The staff have been looking after the other one until its mate returns . Warm hearted felt story . Great story for the hotel . Especially since the hotel is aviation themed . We were guests that purpose for travel was to see the booting factory.
