The general appearance of the hotel was nice and clean. The room was also clean and tidy. There was unopened soap & shampoo, a mini fridge, and microwave. The pool was great at a warm 85°F and the area was kept decent when you consider what a mess it *could* be. :) The elevator was fast and had no issues. We loved that it goes from 3ft to 5ft. We didn't have to worry about the kids being able to swim and play. The staff was all super nice.
