The staff at the villa are very friendly and professional. They always warmly welcome and quickly respond to all guests' requests. I feel close and comfortable when interacting with them. We booked the BBQ party in advance and couldn't be more pleased. The menu is diverse, the food is fresh and carefully prepared. We had wonderful moments by the grill in the open space.

Hotel staff generally in Vietnam are excellent, But the people here are standout!! They were absolutely wonderful hosts, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Special thankyou to Ivy and Cindy and Lee. The room was nicely appointed and spacious, with a VERY comfortable bed. Nice views. Nice buffet breakfast included. Spa on-site. Quiet location, near Han river and dragon bridge etc. Da Nang was much tidier (less trashy) than HCMC and the Mekong delta.

Our stay had a slightly rocky start, as some front desk staff were not fluent in English, which initially led to some frustration. However, we quickly came to appreciate the genuine effort and friendly attitudes of the staff, which made all the difference. A special shoutout goes to Thai at the Concierge desk, whose exceptional service went above and beyond to make our outings truly enjoyable. Thai's dedication stood out, and the team’s collective effort more than made up for any language limitations. One of the standout highlights of our visit was the Onsen massage special, which we opted for during our stay in early December. Initially, we thought we had booked a package of two one-hour massages for our entire four-night stay. To our delight, it turned out to be two one-hour massages each night for all four nights—a fantastic deal that added an extra layer of relaxation and indulgence to our trip. The beachfront area was another treasure, featuring a pool that hosts events, an outdoor bar, and an indoor restaurant. One evening, we enjoyed cocktails before dinner while listening to the lovely music from a nearby wedding reception. The serene beachfront setting paired with the melodies created an unforgettable and tranquil moment. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with young children. The indoor water park and the extensive breakfast offerings—including American, Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean cuisines—ensure there’s something for everyone. This was truly a memorable experience, and we look forward to returning in the future!
