I love the staff, they are so kind and always smiling makes me more welcomed. I love the way we are given a drink to soothe our inner selves from the hot and busy sun. I love the IT personnel. They were prompt and friendly. Malo lava...I will always stay at Lava when traveling to Apia and I always share the experience with my family and friends. OH! and the breakfast was onolicious! Wonderful place! Loved having a beach on the property, especially with kids. Very kind staff. Problems mentioned in previous reviews (food, staff) were not perceived by us. We got upgraded to a villa at check-in, which was of course a huge plus. Gorgeous pools/property. Loved snorkeling, led by a staff member, who was so sweet to our children. Food was great, albeit expensive. Room was very clean.

Loved the whole experience from bungalows to the staff to the food Breakfast was delicious and loved the Samoan dishes eg;vaisalo ,koko alaisa,supo esi,sua masi, Oh the staff from the porter to the receptionist ,restaurant staffs and the cleaners they were fantastic and excellent service We will be back for sure The pool was the best too We loved it that much we extended our stay for another 3 nights !! TV wasn't working during our stay as they were still doing maintenance etc but it didn't bother us at all ,we weren't there to watch TV
