Featuring sea views, Comuna Sevan in Sevan features accommodation, a private beach area, water sports facilities, an infinity pool, a garden and a bar. Wonderful place, we spent 2 nights here with our 4 years old daughter. The pool is amazing and there is a direct access to the lake. I would recommend this place for young people without kids, however we enioyed it very much. The staff is super friendly and the restaurant is excellent. The tent is very comfortable, with huge bed, AC and refigerator.

Situated in Sevan, Garden Inn Resort Sevan has a bar. This beachfront property offers access to free WiFi and free private parking. The best spot for weekend we've ever been, I definitely recommend it, everything was at the highest level.We love mushroom cream soup a lot and it was better than in the heart of Yerevan.Big thanks to staff and cooks ,everything was very delicious

Oazis has a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Noratus. Among the various facilities are ski-to-door access and barbecue facilities. So many guest houses in Armenia are so unique and special. This one is particularly great. I recommend you try it to see what I mean. One big bonus on these cold winter evenings is that they have a sauna. You can have your own private sauna session for 5000 per hour. The sauna room has a Sauna, cold water plunge pool, shower, toilet and table and comfortable seats. So you can really relax there. And, they will bring you drinks if you want too. The place is overall very good value too. With my room, I also had a livingroom with sofa, 2 arm chairs and my own bathroom and my own entrance and balcony. It was a truly luxurious experience at an affordable price. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Offering a seasonal outdoor pool and sauna, Noy Land Resort is set on the bank of Lake Sevan. The resort has BBQ facilities, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant. The place looks very nice, refreshing, it's cold at night so you have to wear something warm to keep you warm. The food is good, it's not the best, it needs more variety but it's good, the pool is clean, the rooms I chose were the Cozy Cottage, it's very nice, the view is on the sea like a balcony from you directly to the sea, the atmosphere is very refreshing, there are many dogs that love people and play with you while riding horses, whoever wants to relax comes to the place and I forgot to say there are swings for adults and children and a place designated for children to play
