The whole setup is very well done and comfortable. Felt very safe and enjoyable. Staff were friendly and kind. Rooms were great with the best views! Added benefit of a swimming pool & pool bar was well enjoyed.

Very good location, just 2 min to the lake Sevan and on foot you can reach Sevanavank monastery. Very clean, new facilities, delicious breakfast. Staff is polite, helpful and friendly, especially Robert and Naira. The nature around and air are amazing. We were very satisfied with the choice.

Offering a seasonal outdoor pool and sauna, Noy Land Resort is set on the bank of Lake Sevan. The resort has BBQ facilities, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant. The place grew significantly since we were last here five years ago. Would have stayed there longer if we knew. Nice facilities, cottages, place for kids to play. Recommend for a family stay for sure!
