We chose this beautiful place for our stay during Ironman Klagenfurt. We wanted somewhere relaxing but not too far from the race venue and this was perfect. I cannot describe how beautiful the scenery is and our suite at villa stern had a beautiful balcony and private terrace area to enjoy nature at its best. The whole of villa stern looks newly refurbished with a mix of modern and traditional furniture, The bathroom is a good size with lovely walk in shower, the water pressure was great and never short of hot water.. we had a separate lounge area to the bedroom. Both the lounge and bedroom opened out onto the balcony all with direct views to the pool and amazing forests. It is absolutely peaceful. Every morning breakfast is served from 8-10am, but on race day they prepared it for us for 4 am. The hosts are a couple and they are fantastic. They are so accommodating and will do anything to help make your stay comfortable. The breakfast was everything from hot cooked breakfast, to cheese and cold cuts, to cereals, yoghurts, fruits, croissants and regional delicacies, as well as a great coffee machine and a mix of teas and fruit juices. I cannot fault the cleanliness it was immaculate and they change the linens whenever you wanted and organised the room cleaning when you wanted too. The hosts also provide trips to venice which is just 2.5 hours away or if you go in winter they can take you just 30 mins down the road to a ski resort. The Villa Stern also has some bikes if you want to take them out for a ride. There is a cycle track just a couple of hundred metres down the road so it's really convenient. Viktring is just 10km down the road and there you can find shops and restaurants, but you will soon come to know that the villages surrounding lake klagenfurt are full of places to visit and dine. We had a fantastic time and are coming back next year for sure.

This accommodation is in a spacious forest garden. It's so clean and I wake up early in the morning listening to birdsong. It's located very close to downtown, which takes about 12 minutes by car. The host took such a clean and beautiful care of the house and surroundings that I had a very peaceful time without any inconvenience during my stay. Highly recommend.

Hotel Pachernighof enjoys a quiet location, 4 km from Lake Wörthersee and Velden. The hotel offers an outdoor swimming pool and a restaurant serving Austrian dishes. Ogólnie bardzo fajnych hotel można polecić. Jestem zadowolony z pobytu i wakacji w Karynii. Zalety: Wielka zamykana wiatka na rowery, można nawet bagażnik na rowery ściągnąć i tam zostawić. Śniadania bardzo dobre jakościowo (7:15-10:00) Dobra oferta na obiadokolacje - ale nie korzystaliśmy bo były już trochę późno (18:00-20:00) Dodatkowo jakiś lunch 11:30-12:30 - nie korzystałem. .Basen fajny dla dorosłych- 1.5m. Hotel jest zlokalizowany trochę na uboczu. Nie ma tam we wiosce nic - sklepu, restauracji. Wszędzie musisz się dostać autem. Ma to zalety - jest spokojniej, ładny widok na obie strony.
