Perfect location short drive into Wolfgang and down to the beach. Located in a peaceful farm stay. Host Mary was amazing super friendly and thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommend.

Located in St. Wolfgang, Landhaus Leopoldhof provides a spa and wellness centre. Providing a restaurant, the property also has a private beach area, as well as an indoor pool and a sauna. We were welcomed very pleasantly. We were very happy to be able to check-in after check-in hours. We were even happier after hearing we are getting a free upgrade to a better room. The room was very clean and had stunning views of the lake. The bed was very comfortable. At the breakfast table we had a great view of the lake and the breakfast-buffet offered a large selection. The available underground car park was very convenient. The highlight was the wellness area, which was accessible through a underground tunnel. The outdoor pools are comfortably warm (34 degrees) and the finish saunas are great. We really enjoyed sunbathing in the textile and textile free area, we felt very comfortable due to great sight protection. The privat access to the lake was also very cool and calming.

We came to Austria for skiing and had a great experience in de Leopoldhof hotel. Beautiful spa, very comfortable apartment, nice staff and great service. Hotel is located in beautiful nature next to the lake. I could imagine it’s also very nice during summer.

The Seevilla team is sweet and nice, and by the way the food of the restaurant Ledererhaus is worth to try😋

If you’re looking for a perfect escape that combines relaxation and natural beauty, this apartment is the ideal choice. I can’t wait to return!

Zwölferhorn Seilbahn is 600 metres from the property. we loved everything. it was like in a fairytale or a dream. the this I most regret is that we stayed here for only 1 night. we will definitely return. the room was lovely and big. the breakfast that super delicious, the heated pool was very welcoming. very much recommended
