We had a really nice stay! The room was cozy, very clean, with new furniture and a great bathroom. Everything felt well thought out with attention to detail. The breakfast/living area was comfortable and welcoming. The host was always reachable and very responsive, which made the stay even easier. Highly recommend!

Was completely seperate from the main house so had plenty of privacy and could come and go as we pleased. Hosts were lovely the few times we did interact, as was Daisy the dog 😊

The house does need some upgrades/ TLC. However, Geoff was super responsive whenever we needed anything - he came and cleaned the pool twice for us and fixed the pool gate! A magical farm stay experience (with a slightly bumpy start) We arrived at The Woods Farm around 6:30 pm, and to be honest, it was a little unsettling at first — the entire property was pitch dark, and we couldn’t find a single staff member around. After calling via WhatsApp, we found out that we needed to locate our cottage ourselves, which was quite tricky in the dark and a bit worrying. But as it turns out, this is just how things work here. Our mood shifted completely once we found our cottage — and wow, it was stunning. Beautifully built with high-quality materials, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed: 3 comfy bedrooms, a lovely living room, and a full kitchen. The next morning, we understood why this place gets so much praise. We were greeted by wild kangaroos hopping across the massive backyard, and the kids were absolutely thrilled. Then came the real highlight — feeding time at the farm! We got to meet and feed alpacas, goats, sheep, cows, pigs, ponies, and even wild parrots who pecked sunflower seeds straight from our hands. Our 3- and 8-year-olds were in absolute heaven — it was truly something special. There’s also a huge playground right next to the pool, which was perfect for the kids to burn off more energy. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience. Our kids are still talking about it long after we’ve moved on to our next destination. If we weren’t already committed to a tight travel plan, we definitely would have stayed longer. Highly recommend for families looking for a unique and unforgettable farm stay!
