Very friendly and helpful personnel, tasty dinner at the restaurant, availability of swimming pool and wellness, nature and good air quality outside of the hotel, clean and spacious room (feels very new), close to Monschau and Luxemburg, play area outside the hotel for kids (no fence, so supervision required).

Breakfast buffet was excellent; swimming pool and wellness area were lovely, especially because it was super cold outside.

The traditional hotel (tradition could be seen at some places) has been renewed and made modern. The restaurant and breakfast was very good, there was enough space for numerous people. The swimming pool was a delight for the kids, unfortunately we could not use the sauna as we weren't there during its short opening hours but it looked great...! Located near the German border all staff spoke German (and English, and French and Belgian, so we thought) and just a short walk to 2-3 supermarkets. All staff was very kind and kids-loving.

The room was very clean and quiet, and the swimming pool was good as well, although it was a bit cold. The parking was also very convenient for us.

Lovely rural location with lots of parking. Swimming pool. Large room. Good dinner and breakfast. Principally German speaking.

Nice place . . swimming pool and garden with lots of plants and flowers

we arrived there on our bike tour, due to the rain we arrive there earlier respect to the check-in hour and they gently welcome us inside. It was raining and we had only bike so the lady arrange us also for the dinner, she went to the supermarket , in order to buy lasagne for us for the dinner. It was a pity that the weather was not good so we could not enjoy the beautiful garden they have with the swimming pool. for sure we recommend this accomodation!

The spa and swimming pool where really good, very modern and well looked after. Staff very helpful and friendly.
