"Park Hotel Ela", located in the picturesque resort of Borovets, is 50 metres from the gondola lift and offers luxurious amenities including a sauna, steam bath and massage treatments. Great Hotel, comfortable room, good food, nice staff, good spa with all the necessities. Near to one of the gondolas. A little farther from the center of town, where all the restaurants and bars are (not sure if its a pro or a con- on the one side take some walk to the center and to the other chairlifts, on the other side its quite).

It has every facility you could want. The terrace is superb, very large, with a wonderful view of the lake and a table and two benches which allow you to truly enjoy the fresh air for having a drink or a meal. The host is very nice and helpful. We were able to immediately collect the keys upon arrival and turn them in for departure. (for those using a navigation app to get here, know that access to the building is via the main road, not the side roads that the app most likely points to)

Comfortable beds, clean wellness and spa center, pool is good temperature and excellent atmosphere! The restaurant offers delicious meals and service!
