The Arc-en-ciel hotel in traditional Chalet style is a hotel situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of Gstaad, next to the Eggli cable car station, close to the car-free centre. thanks and appreciation to the hotel management for their warm welcome and generous hospitality throughout my stay. It was an exceptional experience in every way, from the cleanliness and comfort to the excellent organization and attention to detail. I would like to especially thank Mr. Wael for his outstanding cooperation, refined manner, and unwavering commitment to guest comfort. He fulfilled all my requests professionally and with a genuine smile, making my stay incredibly easy and comfortable. I also extend my sincere thanks to all the hotel staff, without exception, for their excellent service.

Highly recommend peacefull Mountains View. I could not fault anything, the facilities provided were spot on, view from the balcony and windows was awesome. It was nice and clean, most importantly check in was stress free with underground parking. Its based in the center so all the shops were easily accessible by foot. Overall it was an amazing experience. Thank you Piotr, you are a legend.

This chalet-style hotel is located in the centre of Adelboden in the Bernese Oberland region, 100 metres from the gondola ski lifts. Best location and great services. What stands out is the availability of services. Everything is thought of. From the parking ticket, the pass for the gondolas, the bus ticket etc…. Very attentive staff They also let you use the swimming pool after check out. Room was very clean Breakfast buffet was very good

The Grandhotel Giessbach is a historic house from 1874 and enjoys a secluded position on a hill above Lake Brienz amid a 22-hectare park. The few days we spent at Grandhotel Giessbach were truly like a dream. The hotel’s stunning natural scenery, historical architecture, and peaceful atmosphere captivated us from the very first moment. Everything was thoughtfully planned and flawless. However, one of the most important details that made our stay so special was meeting Kris Jungo, who works at the Front Office. Kris was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. He made us feel right at home. He patiently answered all our questions and enhanced our vacation with his recommendations, making it much more enjoyable. Kris’s professionalism and warmth were a wonderful reflection of Grandhotel Giessbach’s quality. Staying at this hotel is not only a peaceful getaway but also an opportunity to meet wonderful people. Exceptional hotel, fantastic location, and top/friendly service!! Room was great, and nice attention from the hotel as we celebrated my wife's birthday.
