The fitness centre is open daily between 06:30 and 22:00, and the outdoor pool is open on sunny days, usually from May to September. they upgraded my room and it was super spacious and comfy!

On the special day, they organized a beautiful little celebration that made our child light up with joy – complete with decorations, a small cake, and even a personalized gift. It’s rare to find such genuine attention to detail and kindness. This is more than just a hotel – it’s a place where people truly care about their guests. The spa area includes an indoor infinity-edge pool and a fitness room. Massages are available on request, also in the rooms. Upon arrival the room was not ready as scheduled. I met the sales manager Ms. Isabella and the room was upgraded to a suite and a drink and lunch were provided as a courtesy of the hotel. They paid attention to the smallest details based on previous comments I made when I stayed at the hotel 6 months ago. Thank you all

Access to the spa area is not permitted for children under 14 years and a daytime (09:00 to 18:00) childcare centre is available free of charge at the hotel. Indoor swimming-pool is accessible to children every day from 2pm to 4pm. It s unforgettable feeling like you are in city of Switzerland but having resort facilities. Like the smell of amenities and whole ambiance of the hotel. You feel home at La Reserve accomodations. Now I do not know which is my favourite: paris , Zurich of Geneve. They all so different, love them all.
