Very helpful. - breakfast was nice - housekeeping cleaned the rooms twice a day with turndown service which we loved!! - there was always a gift in the room, like chocolate, cake, fruits, etc.. - very thoughtful management - rooms had huge balconies in the suits. - we enjoyed the new year’s eve dinner, the kitchen was very accommodating of our needs and requests.

Rose House - Lugano queda aproximadamente a 7,3 km de Estación de Lugano y ofrece alojamiento con vista a la ciudad, una terraza y balcón. The apartment is lovely. It's spacious, clean and neatly kept. The view from the balcony as well as from the swimming pool is brilliant. The host is perfect, she reacts quickly and cares about your stay. Lugano city can be easily reached by bus. There are so many nice things to do with children (funivia to Monte Brè round the corner for example). We've just left the place but already miss it! Maybe a note about the heat: we visited Lugano during a heatwave (33-35C, mid August), but the heat in the apartment is well manageable (higher up on the hill, so cooler; apartment facing SWW, cool mornings; bedrooms on cooler side; ventilators; swimming pool of course).
