We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Top-floor apartment in Bern! It's fully equipped with everything you might need and super close to the main railway station which is very convenient. We had full access to the property from 6:30 AM, which was a big plus, very warm welcome by the staff downstairs and the contact with the owner was friendly and clear. Everything was as in the description. The two amazing saunas were perfect for relaxing, and the two swimming pools made the experience even more enjoyable. A truly lovely and memorable stay, highly recommended!

This marks my second stay here, and I have nothing but positive feedback to offer. The apartments are modern and functional, and the location is a short distance from the main train station. Guests receive the "Bern Ticket," which, among other benefits, grants complimentary access to all public transportation in the surrounding area. An additional commendation goes to the staff, who are consistently engaged and attentive. Upon arrival, a member of the reception team personally greets guests and provides guidance on the apartment's features – as I mentioned, it is quite modern. Regarding the team, while interactions were infrequent, as is typical for an apart-hotel prioritizing privacy, every encounter was met with a smile (evident both visually and audibly). Even when certain requests could not be accommodated, all matters were resolved with remarkable ease and empathy. I will certainly be returning. C.
