Spa (swimming pool + sauna + massage rooms basically) was beautiful and relaxing, and overlooking to amazing views. Breakfast was pretty good, especially given the very limited Chilean breakfast style. Room was comfortable, everything was so clean.

Personalized service was unbelievable but at the same time there was the ability to be invisible if one preferred. Every meal including afternoon tea was beyond description along with the meal service.

The most family friendly place we stayed at during our Chile trip - right down to the heated pool - WITH KID TOYS (pool floaties, noodles!). Best continental breakfast. Great WIFI. Able to have an hour long phone call sorting out flight issues. Staff are fluent in English and very helpful. Very helpful to have restaurant on site with accommodating hours.

Beautiful hotel in lovely gardens/park. Very clean and comfortable room, excellent shower. Delicious evening meal in restaurant. And super helpful staff.

Amazing property. It has a unique design that is very fitting for its environment. Location is outside city but a 10min taxi ride (at USD3 per way), so everything is close. View was outstading, staff was great and spa is exactly what is needed after a day of excursions.

They can also use the hot tub overlooking the fjord, or enjoy a massage. Free Wi-Fi is available. After 5 days hiking the W Trek the Indigo provided the perfect location to relax and recover. Friendly staff, beautiful views and a massage at the spa that cured my soul.
