We liked it all, but specificailly The staff is excellent, super attentive. We travel a lot but but were pleasently surprised by the staff especially. The rooms are large and roomy. Perfect for families Our room even had a kitchen which was nice for the kids we could have snacks in here (there's also a mini bar)s Pool/Spa area was very nice and kept clean and with clean towels. Attention to details such as fresh apples and Lime/lemon water in the "pool bar" were nice touches. Breakfast was delicious and since we were there over Easter, the hotel decorated with Easter-bunny chocolates at the table (and hung Easter Eggs by our room door on Easter Sunday - nice touch).

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was spacious and well presented. Pool sauna and gym facilities excellent and a delightful location beside Tiergarten and zoo. Easy access via Bus 200 or comfortable walk.
