Out of the 'Boom Boom' but an easy 6-minute walk from the downtown center. Five Stars easy!! T

The staff was absolutely amazing - not just responsive to our needs but anticipated them! Breakfast was amazing with a full buffet plus special orders. Our room was modern and spacious and was immaculately clean. The location was perfect for us as it was very close to the pier which was convenient for all of the excursions and ferries. We appreciated the complimentary use of bicycles which was perfect for exploring Puerto Ayora

Located in Puerto Ayora, 0.9 km from malecon, El Descanso del Guia features air-conditioned rooms and an outdoor swimming pool. Staff was really friendly, breakfast was good (tea, coffee, fruits, bread, butter, jam, pancake or patacones or toasted bread), pool is nice. A bit outside the town, walking distance of ~20min, we enjoyed the walks after dinner, but can understand if someone prefers the center :)
