I want to extend a special thanks to Mr. Haytham, who checked in with us twice a day to make sure everything was perfect. His attention to detail and genuine care made us feel truly valued. He deserves to be called the resort’s superhero! Additionally, Mr. Shehata was always around, ensuring that everything in the resort and the restaurants was running smoothly, which made our stay even more relaxing. The entire team was incredibly honest, kind, and supportive throughout our stay. This level of service and warmth made our experience unforgettable. It is very beautiful, the location is great and only a 7 min taxi ride from the airport, the hotel amenities, the great pool area, super lovely beach, the cleanness, the quality of the food, and above all its amazing staff. Every single person went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. They are not only kind and polite, but above all very focused on detail and they can sense your needs and preferences after 2-3 days. My mum, my sister and I had an exceptional stay here and we will definitely return. The front desk with Ali who accomodates all your wishes with so much patience and always a smile, the front desk manager Mr Haitham who will make sure you are perfectly taken care of and makes sure that every guest's request is fulfilled. Ms Dina and Mr Diaa making daily rounds to speak to their guests will not miss any detail and will help you with anything. All the waiters are super quick to serve and make you feel good. They are very professional. The rooms are big and spotless. And the Spa is a dream. I had three massages in one only one week and the therapist Aala is very skilled and friendly. So is Samar who takes her time giving you beautiful pedicures and manicures that topped by far what I am used to in expensive beauty centers in Zurich. Anybody opting for a stay here will have only one regret when leaving: not having booked for more days....:) to remain.

The resort offers 3 pools (heated during the winter) The first thing you notice about the property is its stunning Aesthetic beautiful pools, beach and facilities. The resort boasts 7 restaurants and leaves little to be desired. Upon check in my partner and I immediately decided the 2 days we had booked weren’t enough…that’s when we learned the resort wasn’t just pretty pool bars and beautiful balconies the staff at the resort were without fault. Specifically Ahmed Adel (we asked his last name bc there are many 🙂) Ahmed helped us smoothly book another night and made everything in our stay feel like it was his pleasure to assist with. With his above and beyond attitude and welcoming attitude it was hard not to believe him when he “welcomed us home”. The staff also periodically checked in with us from the house keeping to managers and bar keeps always asking us if everything was going well. It’s clear that the service is just as high as the beautiful vision of the resort and we are already planning our next stay.

The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, a shared lounge and currency exchange for guests. All in all we are very satisfied with our stay. Hotel has beautiful territory, it’s all green and you can see that every corner gets attention from gardeners. There are enough place for evening promenade. The beach is not very big, so it’s better to come before 11am, but you have enough sunbeds near the pool if any. Beach is clean, has all facilities. Water is super clean and clear. Service is very good. In restaurants and at the beach you always get attention and can get any drinks or help you need. Food is very good. There are 2 a la cart restaurants (we didn’t try it), and 2 big restaurants - one on the beach and one in main building. Second has bigger choice, but on the beach you can eat on the fresh air with cozy atmosphere. We were completely happy with food choice and taste. Animation team is active and arrange a lot of interesting activities. They invite everyone, so you feel comfortable to join, but if you don’t feel like it, you can just relax. Also you can play table tennis, kicker, billiards, giant domino, darts, boccia. It’s all available all the time. With animation team or for individual use. Gym is new and well equipped for the training. Overall my family and I had great experience! But there are some things that can be improved. I would say that rooms are more on the level of 3 stars hotel. Room in general feels tired and needs some renovation. Bathroom has plastic ceiling that make room not cozy. Bed clothes are clean, but a little grey and have some spots. Towels also worn out. But beds and pillows are comfortable. Also patio is nice. Another point for us was spa. We planned to go, but prices are too high (most of procedures are cheaper in Russia and Germany). You could get some discounts for buying several procedures, but still prices are not good. Room cleaning is average. Foot towel were dirty, but weren’t changed, just folded back.

The pool area was fantastic, especially for families. My kids absolutely loved the children's water play zone—it was the highlight of their trip. The dining options were equally impressive. There was a wide variety of food to choose from, catering to all tastes, so no matter what you enjoy, you’ll find something to love. Both breakfast and dinner offered a diverse selection, and everything we tried was delicious!

This resort offers an outdoor pool, a gym and a spa. The hotel has 2 main restaurant and 3 a la carte restaurants: Turkish, Asian, Italian (opening subject to operation needs & seasonality). In addition, Serenity Alma has 4 large bars either in the lobby or at the swimming pools with aqua park view. We visited this hotel 6 times, I would absolutely recommend it especially for families. It has a great choice and variety of food and drinks. There are lots of activities especially for kids like the aqua park. Rooms are very comfortable. The service is really outstanding. Pool area has entertainment during all day time for all ages. The beach is only a few min away which is also reachable by the hotel shuttle. The hospitality of the staff at Serenity Alma Heights is truly exceptional. Thanks to the front office team. Special thanks there to Ziad for helping us with every issue we had, you are really very hard working. You made our stay much more enjoyable and comfortable. Thanks a lot to the guest relation manager Corinna and to Maria. Both of them are super kind and helped us a lot in our vacation, we had a very comfortable stay.
