The outdoor pool is heated from November to May and features a sun terrace with loungers. The reception was excellent - Alithia and Laura were just perfect at everything. Smooth and friendly and very helpful. And what an amazing surprise when getting into the room - a nice and cold welcome was waiting on the table :) Muchos gracias! The pool area was nice and cozy and dinner entertainment was also nice - a little dance and drinks at the lobby of the hotel :) The location is superb and parking of the car also very convenient (7 EUR per 24 hours). Highly recommend!

The pool, it is SO close to Alhambra, the family room was super espacious and comfortable, and it had a shower and a bath tub which was ideal for the kids. I lost one airpod and they were super helpful to send it to our next destination.
